New Jersey Academy of Science Annual Meeting

Base fee:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students with current membership in NJAS.
  • High school student NJAS 2014 members
  • All faculty, postdocs, and industry scientists with current membership in NJAS.

The New Jersey Academy of Science Annual Meeting will be held on April 19th, 2014 at Raritan Valley Community College.

The meeting will include poster presentations from the NJAS Senior Academy and 10 minute oral presentations from Junior Academy or Undergraduate or Graduate student members.  All 2013/2014 Grant-In-Aid winners must present at the meeting.

Please log-in as a member to receive discounted member rates.  If you are not a current dues paid member, please consider joining NJAS first before preceding with meeting registration.   If you have any questions or problems with meeting registration, please email NJASweb@gmail.com.


In order to present at the meeting you must be an active dues paid NJAS member and you must submit an abstract electronically in MSWord format to Paul Bologna (bolognap@mail.montclair.edu) by April 2nd, 2014.   For abstract formatting guidelines, please review the Abstract Format Guidelines for Presentations.  

There will be an optional prepaid catered lunch available for $11.   

If you do not have a Paypal account, then you should complete a hard copy version of our meeting registration form and mail it to:
