67th NJAS Virtual Annual Meeting
The health, safety and well-being of our attendees, faculty, speakers, exhibitors and staff is of paramount importance. After careful consideration of the continuous ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in New Jersey, the executive members of the Academy of Science of NJ have decided to conduct the 67th Annual meeting this year in a virtual manner.
This year participants will submit their work in three phases:
Phase 1: Participants should submit their abstracts by March 18th, 2022. (Which all of you did already)
Phase 2: Participants should submit their Scientific video presentations submission by April 8th, 2022. The following items will need to be submitted for a complete registration: (1) NJAS meeting registration through registration NJAS website, An email to confirm your registrations will be sent and a link to submit the following: (2) YouTube Video link, (3) participant photo and (4) photo release form. All these items are expected to be submitted by April 8th, 2022.
Phase 3: Live NJAS Meeting (May 14th, 2022) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm . All students will present their work on this date.
Note: Family and Guests will have a different way to register to the meeting this year.
This year we will be hosting events simultaneously to reach all types of scientific interest. Junior Academy, Senior Academy, Vendor show and Professional development seminars. This event is a collegial meeting of New Jersey community such as scientists, science faculty members, students and other community members from across the state. We hope you are planning to join in this opportunity to share your research, discover new possibilities and interact with fellow attendees.
The NJ Academy of Science 67th Virtual Annual Meeting will give students the opportunity to have their research abstract published; to compete at the 2022 nationals "American Junior Academy of Science" (junior academy level) or served as NJ Academy of Science delegate at the 2022 "American Association for the Advancement of Science" at the senior academy level; and allow participants to add this experience into their resumes.

For Video Submission Information: Entrants can upload their video to YouTube
1. Create an account with YouTube and upload video on your YouTube page.
2. Make sure your video’s privacy is set to “Unlisted” and comments are disabled.
3. Tag your video with the following keywords: NJAS Virtual 67th Annual Meeting.
4. Go to video submission form and add your YouTube video link.

Junior Academy Presenters - All presenters will have a choice to present live or play their video, make sure to decide ahead of time.
