71st NJ Academy of Science Annual Meeting
The 71st New Jersey Academy of Science Annual Meeting will be held in person on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm at Kean University, STEM Building, 1075 Morris Ave., Union, NJ. 07083
Description for initial registration:Due to the high number of high school registrants, the Junior Academy Registration deadline is February 11, 2026 and the Abstract deadline is March 11, 2026. Other "registration type" deadlines are noted below.
Independent research projects, as well as team projects of no more than 3 members, are eligible. All team members must register and pay separately. Fee to participate includes: NJAS membership dues, conference fee and lunch (exact fee depending on your Registration Type).
Students will present to STEM professionals from industry and academia. Presentation format is as follows: Junior Academy (high school) Tri-fold Poster presentation. Senior Academy (10 minutes) PPT presentation. Abstract submission format included in email subsequent to registration.
We are happy to announce once again that we will be hosting sessions simultaneously to address various scientific interests, for example there will be Professional Development seminars, hands on activites, as well as a vendor show.
This event is a collegial meeting of the New Jersey STEM community including scientists, science faculty members, students and other community members from across the state. We hope you will find this meeting an opportunity to share your research, discover new possibilities and interact with fellow attendees.
